The Kid From Broken Gun (1952)
„The Kid From Broken Gun“ is a 1952 Western film directed by Fred F. Sears and written by Barry Shipman and Ed Earl Repp.
Told in flashback, Mahoney is charged with murder and Starrett proves to his lawyer that Stevens is really the guilty party. Making the female lead a lawyer (a murderous one at that) was a novel move for the time and genre.
