„In Search Of“ is a 2019 short film directed by Katharina Kraft.
Shooting a romantic portrait of a wedding couple, a film maker encounters a snow leopard, who wants to have a taste of the delicious wedding cake. This triggers the film makers hunting instinct. She wants to get to know the shy animal and traces her at different places in the city. Can she win her trust?
The film IN SEARCH OF deals with the relationship between film maker and subject. How do we approach our protagonists? The snow leopard is improvised by Luzia Oppermann, who surprised the camera woman with her actions.
