Opposing the evil Barnaby, Stannie Dum and Ollie Dee try and fail to pay-off Mother Peep’s mortgage and mislead his attempts to marry Little Bo. Enraged, Barnaby’s Bogeymen are set on Toyland.
Ollie Dee and Stanley Dum try to borrow money from their employer, the toymaker, to pay off the mortgage on Mother Peep’s shoe and keep it and Little Bo Peep from the clutches of the evil Barnaby. When that fails, they trick Barnaby into marrying Stanley Dum instead of Bo Peep. Enraged, Barnaby unleashes the bogeymen from their caverns to destroy Toyland.

Als Gegenspieler des bösen Barnaby versuchen Stannie Dum und Ollie Dee erfolglos, die Hypothek von Mother Peep abzuzahlen und seine Versuche, Little Bo zu heiraten, zu vereiteln. Wütend werden Barnabys Bogeymen auf Toyland angesetzt.
Ollie Dee und Stanley Dum versuchen, sich von ihrem Arbeitgeber, dem Spielzeugmacher, Geld zu leihen, um die Hypothek auf Mother Peeps Schuh abzuzahlen und ihn und Little Bo Peep aus den Klauen des bösen Barnaby zu retten. Als das nicht gelingt, bringen sie Barnaby dazu, Stanley Dum statt Bo Peep zu heiraten. Wütend entfesselt Barnaby die Gespenstermänner aus ihren Höhlen, um Toyland zu zerstören.
