LOMO (Local Maximal Occurrence)
The LOMO (Local Maximal Occurrence) feature analyzes the horizontal occurrence of local features,and maximizes the occurrence to make a stable represen-tation against viewpoint changes. Method developed by Shengcai Liao in 2015.
