The Big Tease (2017)

The Big Tease is an experimental naturist film noir short film compilation written, directed, produced, shot and edited together by Ramzi Abed, who also plays the main visual narrator and lead actor in the story within the story. The Big Tease was conceived of as part of a full-length feature film, but instead became a surreal and transgressive short video art piece that deals with the notions of perspective, identity, obscenity and romance.

A dreamer (world-famous pinup queen and fetish model, Smoking Mary Jane) imagines the beginning of various scenarios mostly from the point-of-view of Ramzi Abed as his (AVN Award-nominated) adult actor and performer stage persona and name, Brock Doom. The dream is an homage to film noir, especially old B-movies and detective serials, as well as an avant-garde documentary-style tribute to the part of mainstream adult films where the female performer begins taking the male performer's pants or shorts off.

The original music by all lower case letters elevates the mood and adds to the overall dreamlike quality of the abstractions.

Creative Cast: Misha Mayfair, Karla Lane, Lauren Phillips, Jamie Foster, Lila Lovely, Kaci Starr, Cadence St. John, Smoking Mary Jane and Brock Doom.

PLEASE NOTE: There is absolutely no sex or sexuality portrayed in this short film, only acting, script dialogue and artistic interplay. There is both female and male frontal nudity though.

A long lost film, The Big Tease, will be premiering at film festivals in 2023 or 2024.
